Deposit & Booking Policy

  • All appointments are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit.
  • Any request to change an appointment date must be made at least 48 hours before the original appointment.
  • In the event of a date change, the deposit remains valid for 7 days only.
  • Approved refunds are subject to a R50 administrative fee.

Braids Policy

  • Braids appointments are only scheduled in the morning due to the execution time.
  • Clients must confirm extension type and colour prior to the appointment date.
  • Extensions are not included in the listed service prices.
  • Clients must indicate in advance if they require Wash and/or Treatment services with their braid style.
  • Hair Nativez Studio does not use gel when braiding hair.

Microlocs Policy

  • Microloc appointments are only accepted in the morning due to execution time.
  • Reties are estimated to take 4–6 hours when performed by a single loctitian.
  • Requests for an additional loctitian can be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • Loc repairs are charged separately and billed hourly, based on the extent of the repair.

After-Hours Services

  • Clients may request services outside of operating hours with sufficient notice.
  • All after-hours service requests are subject to staff availability.
  • A late stylist fee applies to ensure the stylist’s safe transportation after the service.
  • Clients may not demand after-hours services from stylists.
